July 29, 2018Jigawa State recently recorded commendable results in the Pre-TAS exercise carried out in Buji LGA of the state. Only two (2) samples in the survey were positive for Lymphatic Filariasis out of the 614 samples surveyed.
In the same vein, a number of LGAs in FCT passed Pre-TAS in May, 2018. The Health and Development Support Programme (HANDS) is the supporting partner in both Jigawa State and FCT.
